I think the actual product is great but I ordered in July and got my order in late September. On this survey form it says “Your order from 19 days ago” which is so inaccurate. When I contacted customer service, I had to send multiple emails still with not clear answer on when I would get the order. Overall I am very unhappy with the service and really confused that no one was willing to answer my questions directly.
