I ordered June 23rd. It's now August 1st. I have had no notification of shipping or status update. I had to Google to find out Canada Post is on strike indefinitely, yet you're still taking orders and money with zero communication. This is unprofessional and predatory.
The boi is very soft and a good size, I enjoy having him on top of my bookshelf. Good quality material and very lovely design :))
I ordered in May. I was aware it was a pre-order but it stated it would be shipped by August. I received no updates or emails and now I see the date is in March. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication and the misleading time frame. They had no problem immediately taking my money but at this point, I would rather have a refund but I cannot get communication from anyone.
I still have not received any product or update in over 6 weeks. I ordered this June 6th as a Father’s Day gift for my husband and it is now July 19th. I contacted customer support June 21st and was told the product is out of stock and there is no timeline for when it will be available or ship or be received.
I don’t know what is going on and I am incredibly disappointed with this entire situation. They took the money right away shipping and all. $46.41 gone for nothing at this point. I don’t know how much longer I’m going to let this go for before filing for a cancellation and refund.
Ordered a month ago and still nothing. No update, no suggested date as to when to expect an update. Don't buy anything until they get their s**t together
